This review is a bit late but Kirby was amazing. He helped me offload my car from a trailer and even made sure all my tires had enough air. Highly recommend!!!

My car broke down at work last week. I use my lunch breaks to pickup my kiddos from school so that day when I left on my lunch go get my children my vehicle just died on me. I was mortified. I've only ever had to call a tow truck one other time before but it was years and years ago now. I was frantically calling numbers and being told it's not the right number. So my kids grandfather sent me the phone number for Jacks Towing. I was able to call them and got through right away told them what was happening and that I'd need a tow. The woman who answered the phone was amazing. I instantly felt relief when I was actually super stressed out. I only had an hour on my lunch but the time I called them I had maybe a half hour. She set everything up no problem gave me a time estimate of when I could expect a tow truck to come. Made sure she had my phone number so that tow truck driver could contact me when he was on his way! The young man who showed up was phenomenal! We were able to get my car into neutral and push it out of the underground parking at my work and he was able to load my car up all by himself. When I asked him how long he had been working for he said about a month and that blew me away! I couldn't go with my car to the shop as I had to stay and finish out my shift at work. I was able to call the reception and pay over the phone and my car was delivered perfectly to where I needed it to go. Turned out to be a faulty oxygen sensor. But in my day of need and being under a lot of stress Jacks towing was there for me and I am so grateful 🙏 they were so patient and kind and listened to me and I just felt so relieved knowing I had help coming and it was just an overall amazing experience and I will use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a tow !!! Your staff is incredible and just so so very awesome !!! Thank you so much for everything !!
